This postcard shows a view of Hythe and was sent 25th September 1918.
The transcribed text reads:
‘Thanks for your letter & enclosed. I am enjoying my course here, all on the Lewis Gun. From here we go on to New Romney, not far from here. I shall hope to get a few days leave when my whole course finishes, before going overseas. Much love Tom.’
