On the centenary of each year of WW1 you will find details of the servicemen who lost their lives who had Sandwich connections.
The displays will show when they died and which actions they were part of. There will be photos of some of these men and of troops who were in Sandwich en route to the war. In 2016 we will be featuring photos of Port Richborough which started shipping war supplies to Flanders in 1916. (If you book a party in to visit the Display you will also be able to see a German Spandau machine gun which is not normally on display)
